Principal's Message
Message from Mrs. Fulmer:
The staff and I are looking forward to sharing an exciting, rewarding, and challenging year. At Chautauqua High School (CT), students have many opportunities to grow academically, prepare for their future, and discover their full potential. A growth mindset, great attendance, participating fully in discussions and completing assigned work, taking risks, maintaining good behavior, and being self-advocates for their learning will lead students to accomplish their goals and their full potential.
All students will develop 21st Century skills such as critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity. These are powerful attributes that will guide students to be successful in their future endeavors. We encourage students to build a foundation on integrity, responsibility, respect, cooperation, work ethic and positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Students, parents, and teachers all play a vital role in helping students be successful. Our hope is that students have an amazing year while creating learning experiences and lasting memories that inspire them to pursue their dreams.
I am honored to be your principal and partner in education.
Message from Mr. Willemse:
It is an absolute honor to serve on the administration team or Chautauqua High School. CT provides such a unique opportunity for students in the Bear Valley Unified School District while fostering a sense of family and purpose for the students that we serve.
As we welcome new staff members for the 2022-2023 school year, we look forward to building an even stronger Chautauqua for all. This year will provide new challenges, new opportunities and new successes, and the staff of CTHS looks forward to being a part of every step of our students' journeys. The road may twist and turn, but we work hard to support our students every step of the way.
